*Meadowood Cabin rates vary according to the specific needs of your party. Generally the rate structure is as follows:

Weekly rate	$750.00
Weekday night	$125.00
Weekend night (Friday & Saturday nights)	$150.00
'09 13-Week Winter Seasonal Rental (1/3/09-4/4/09)	$4,400.00

*Two night minimum. Rates include up to 6 guests. Please contact us for rates for larger groups. Meadowood Cabin sleeps 10 guests, maximum. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax and are are subject to change. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. A security deposit may be required. Guests are responsible for property damage.

Pets are an additional $5.00 per night. Owners are required to clean up after their pet. Maine has a leash law and dogs must be on a leash or run while outdoors. A security deposit may be required. Guests are responsible to all property damage.
