*Meadowood Cabin rates vary according to the specific needs of your party. We are renting weekend, weekly or monthly for Winter. Generally the rate structure is as follows:

Weekly rate	$750.00*
Weekday night	$125.00*
Weekend night (Friday & Saturday nights)	$150.00*

*Two night minimum. Rates include up to 6 guests.Meadowood Cabin sleeps 10 guests, maximum. Each additional guest charge is $25.00 per guest per night. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax and are are subject to change. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your reservation with the balance due two weeks prior to your stay. Winter rates do not include sheets,pillowcases or towel which may be provided by client or provided at an extra charge.Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. A security deposit may be required. Guests are responsible for property damage. Please see our Rental Agreement.

Pets are an additional $5.00 each per night. Owners are required to clean up after their pet. Maine has a leash law and dogs must be on a leash or run while outdoors.
